Punctuality is an important life skill and we want to reinforce the importance of being on time to each class period here at Millard North. In an effort to encourage timely arrivals to class, the administrative team will periodically conduct unannounced hallway tardy sweeps. If a student is late to class and does not have a pass, the student will be assigned an automatic sixty-minute after-school detention as a consequence. This initiative appears to be making a big difference since the number of students arriving to class late has dropped considerably.
